Villa Floris

Spacious and comfortable villa with a private pool located in a peaceful and privileged setting, next to the forest, but only a 10-minute walk from the center of Begur. The house was built in 2008 and partially renovated and redecorated in 2025. Everything has been thought of in this house, and even the smallest details have been taken care of. Located next to the large pine forests that surround Begur, just outside the front door you'll find a wide range of paths and trails that connect you to the beaches of Pals and Sa Riera, as well as the neighboring towns of Pals and Regencós. This is an ideal home for family vacations. The house is for 10 people and is distributed as follows:

A large living-dining room with a table and chairs for 10, a 65" Samsung Smart TV, and access to a spacious porch with a table, chairs, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue. From the living-dining room, you have views of the garden and pool. The house has fiber optic Wi-Fi with signal boosters, ensuring a perfect connection throughout the house.

An office area with a desk allows you to work with your laptop in case a family member needs to work remotely or if a student needs to do homework.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 5-burner ceramic stove, fridge-freezer, Italian coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, orange juicer, and kettle. A wide variety of plates, trays, glasses, and kitchen utensils are provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry with a laundry room containing the washing machine and dryer.

Ground floor bedroom area:

1 double bedroom en suite with a 180 cm wide queen-size bed and access to the garden-pool, Samsung Smart TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a dressing room.

On the upper floor, we find a large studio with three single beds, a sofa, a Samsung Smart TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace with a chill-out area for relaxing or stargazing at night.

The interior of the house has been decorated with art from local artists and real plants.

The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

The outdoor area is also extremely comfortable for our guests. There is a pleasant, spacious porch with a dining table and chairs for 10, as well as a summer kitchen with a sink and gas barbecue. The 8 x 4 m2 pool has an interior staircase for easy access. The pool is surrounded by high-quality artificial turf and has 8 sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The garden features native and aromatic plants, as well as citrus trees.

At the bottom of the property there is a ping-pong table, a swing for small children, and a basketball hoop for children to play on.

Up to 3 cars can be parked inside the property, and there is also space outside.

There is a charger for electric cars.

We've thought of every detail, and the house will be maintained at all times, leaving no room for wear or tear or problems. We want our guests to be comfortable and have no problems of any kind while staying here.

The house is cleaned weekly. If you stay for two weeks or more, the house is cleaned after the first week and the sheets are changed. Additional or daily cleanings are available upon request.

Electricity consumption is not included and is paid separately, deducted from the deposit. Water consumption is included.
